Will there be a photocall for the upcoming Red Flag?

Not an FC-organized one.  There could be a media day, but you'd have to make arrangements through 99 ABW/PA to attend that.

Why are the sharpest photos always the ones where the nose is cut off?

Just for future reference,  how do you get hooked up for pictures at Nellis (Red Flag) for media day if there isn't a Fencecheck photocall?? I guess if I'm just taking  pictures as a hobby but I do place them on Fencecheck for people to see can you use the name Fencecheck to get in on Media Day??  What is the proper procedure??

thanks again for the help.

no one should be using Fence Check as a reference unless cleared via a formal request via the e-mail address.

You contact Public Affairs -- the info is on the Nellis web site -- and ask what accreditation they require, then you provide it.

As Paul said, posting photos here (or on any other photo site) does not give you the right to claim that FC is your media outlet any more than having a letter to the editor published gives you the right to claim you're a writer for the local paper.

Photocalls are arranged for Fencecheck subscribers in good standing. With the exception of Fencecheck trips, access to military bases is generally limited to accredited media members. Most military bases do not accept requests from non-media, and that restriction has increased with the reduction in forces as they are very heavily over-tasked.
