I've started to put more videos from 2007's show on YouTube. I'll also put it on last years thread.

Here's the first one. It's Canada's CC-177 (C-17) first time touching Canadian soil.

Enjoy!

Sweet!  This is shaping up to be a great show.

I used to be with "it", but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't "it", and what's "it" seems weird and scary to me.

It'll happen to you!

Here's the static display list thus far for Abby 2008:

C-5 Galaxy
C-17 Globemaster III
KC-135 Stratotanker
KC-10 Extender
E-3 Sentry
C-130H Hercules
F-5 Tigers X4
F-16 Vipers X 2 (Alaska Agressors)
F-16 Vipers X4
F-18F Superhornets X2
T-1 Jayhawk
HH-65C Dolphin

The Canadian contingent has not yet been confirmed so stay tuned for more info shortly, and we are working on another "big" addition to the static display so stay tuned for that as well!

Also, add the HH-65C Dolphin Demo, Canadian Museum of Flight, Thunder Mustangs and Skyraider Legacy Flight to the flying events. The Sea Fury will be at Portland and not Abbotsford as previously mentioned. Hope to see you all there!

May I ask what are those F-5s? Sorry I'm not familiar with the candidates. Smiley

Abbotsford is the best!  I remember back in the day seeing the blackbird do a fly-by.  Never forget that!  Drove 20 hrs from MB just for that.

God Bless

Hey Ken, apparently the Abbotsford Flying Club was given a verbal presentation on this year's show that mentioned two B-52s.  (Honest -- this isn't a KC-10 related joke.)  Truth or typo?

Hey Mark, Ken can probably provide more specific details but this is, from what I understand, a definite possibility.  At the very least the odds of getting at least one become even better.  Some reference to this has been made on the Airshowbuzz thread as well, keep your fingers crossed.

Wow! The only show I've ever seen two B-52s was the Edwards.  Afro

Which means 2 B-25s as well.  Wink

Couldn't resist the number switch (B-52, B-25).

Just talked to Jim again, and if I understood him correctly, the Prowler will be in place of Miss Mitchell.  Same deal at Dawson Creek and possibly one or two others up in that region.
