Hello everyone,

Ive been contacted by a fair size company that offers logistics solutions to the aerospace industry. There requesting the use of one of my photos for use on there website and a trade show booth. Ive never sold an image for use in these two applications, Ive asked for more detailed info on the usage and waiting to hear back.

Im looking for any pricing help, a general range that I could work with. Any other comments are welcome.

Thanks,
Bruno

I asked $250 for my Antanov shot when the FBO wanted to use it at a show. Besides being pissed about charging them, the marketing guy thought that was a very fair price.

How large is the trade show? Is it regional or national? Are they going to use it for this show only or will they be using it for other shows?  Will it be shown on one panel or multiple panels?
If it's something like the Lakes area aviation industry association (example) you would charge less than if it's displayed at Paris...

You might want to offer a slight discount if they select a second complimentary photo...
