Haven't posted in a long time.  Offutt is my homebase.  Caught this Tinker E-3 on final approach to Offutt yesterday.  There were two other E-3s already parked on the transient ramp.  Seeing E-3s at Offutt is not uncommon, but I've never seen more than one--three is unprecedented.

Derived from the Boeing 707, it provides all-weather surveillance, command, control and communications.
