Took some photos the other nite at my local oval race track. The lighting is decent I was shooting ISO 1600 most of the night with 1/60 to 1/125 shutter speeds. I have a rebel XT btw. My questions here, some of my pictures have visible noise if you inspect really closely. Or if you are a photographer. But to the general public it is acceptable and hardly visible. I was wondering if there are any really great plug ins for photoshop to reduce the noise a tad.

A person wants to buy some pictures I have taken so I want them decent enough. And where do you all suppose I should print them and what type of paper do you recommend for a 8x10.

A few out of the 400 pictures I shot.

There are several nosie reduction options.  Noise Ninja, PS's own noise filter.  Remember that they all come at a price in picture quality and some require quite a bit of finese to get just right.

Something like these I think I would go with a glossy print.

Tell the truth my local Costco does a pretty nice job doing prints.

Ive teamed up with one of the photographers from a different race track. Hey has sold me very nice pictures before of our race car. And he gets them printed at costco also. I will be doing my printing at costco it looks like. Truthfully the people who want to buy my pictures dont really have that eye for the faint noise on the picture. So I don't really have to worry about them being perfect.  Now I just need to get saturdays off so I can go to the track during the daytime and get some good photos.
