How are they when it comes to used lenses? Should i be worried?

I bought mine there (300F4 used and 1.4x new) and am very happy with it.  They are a very reputable outfit.

ihave bought new and used items from keh for several years. always always used mdse has been better than represented.
last year, i went all digital (except for my 4x5 crown graphic, and saved my heirs some trouble by trading in much of
my old film equipment. their service is very good also.

I bought new and used lenses from KEH. I particularly like their personal customer service you can get over the phone if you like.

I was just wondering because i was looking at some lenses that were classed as EX and it says theres dust and what not.

I've bought, returned and sold several lens with them over the last three years. I have never had a problem and do recommend them.

I'll say that I'll never buy from them again.  I received a "lemon" from them (1Dm2).  Before the purchase, communications were sparse.  Very slow responses from them.  After repeated e-mails for a return for the defective camera, I did receive an RMA.  The camera was sent back, and over a month later, still no credit on the credit card....  They claimed they never received the camera back even after producing the UPS tracking report which showed the signature of their recieving guy signing for it on the day that UPS estimated the arrival.  After my repeated calls, emails, etc. the camera "just appeared" in thier returns area.  They drug their feet, and i FINALLY recived my refund after 30+ days of bitching with them.

I'll stick with the big guys for important purchases like camera bodies.
